My name is Edie. I'm a foodie and it definitely shows in the picture on the right! I spent many years gaining weight and losing it moving between 155 and 199 pounds. However, after turning 70, I became unable to get below 190 using my old strategies. I realized that I needed to find another way to lose weight, so I investigated nutrition, exercise and fasting. These investigations resulted in a combination that began to work for me. I intend to track my progress on this blog, sharing my journey through all the ups and downs.
