My Weight Loss Process and Progress

I've decided to let it all hang out, even though its's uncomfortable because the visual provides extra inspiration to continue my journey.  I hope each image shows some improvement as the pounds disappear.  Of course, I'm expecting to lose weight because I've developed a system that works for me including keto, portion control, exercise and intermittent fasting.  I've begun fasting because here are studies showing that it helps spur fat loss.  There are several suggested fasting protocols.  I chose the 16/8 protocol with periodic 24 hour fasting to spur more weight loss if necessary.  Drinking water, black coffee, and black or green tea during the fasting hours is perfectly acceptable.  Of course, exercise during the fast helps with fat loss.  If you get lightheaded, drink plenty of water.  During eating hours consume enough calories for your body type and goals, but avoid overeating.  Start with 16/8 but adjust it to your schedule. Some people like 20/4, or 18/6, or 24 hour fasts 1-2x per week.  Do what works for you.
